What challenges come with heading up a company?
Keeping everyone rowing in the same direction.

How do you stay grounded, given your authority/leadership responsibilities and success?
My wife.. she is a ROCKSTAR.. keeps me in my place.

Work-life balance: What does that mean to you? How do you achieve it?
 There is no balance.. if you have a successful career and family, there will always be gives and takes from each.

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Interactions with the sales reps… seeing their hard work pay dividends.

Busy family life with five kids.. I’ll tell you one day when I have some ?

If you had to give one piece of advice to a younger generation, what would it be?
Listen – stop making so much noise.

What’s something not many people know about you?
Undefeated chess champion in high school.

Favorite Book : The Lords Of Discipline

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
NO OTHER / Retire as a College Professor

Do you have a favorite curse word, and if so, what is it?
Unfortunately I’ve used them all I can pick no favorite.. it’s a mood thing.

What excites and/or inspires you?
Hard work that produces results.

Who are your role models and why?
Famous: Robert Downey Jr…been through hell and back once defined by addictions now one of the most respected and beloved actors of his generation.
General George Patton: ruthless, prideful, strong leader, smart man, compared to other great military leaders throughout time because he thought outside the box

Where would your dream vacation be?
I’ve always wanted to climb Kilimanjaro
