Do you have a process for making difficult decisions? If so, what is it?
I always research, become informed from different angles and sleep on it. 

What challenges come with heading up a company?
Financial, Structural and Positional 

How do you stay grounded, given your authority/leadership responsibilities and success?
I’ve always had the thought in my head am I making the place a better place to work. 

Work-life balance: What does that mean to you? How do you achieve it? 
Big believer in work hard, play hard. So, I spend a large percentage of time away from work doing things I like to do. 

What’s your favorite part of your job?
Teaching others and solving tough problems.

What’s your favorite one-line quote?
Your character is what you do when no one else is looking.

What do you do in your spare time?
Travel, sports, fitness 

If you had to give one piece of advice to a younger generation, what would it be?
Work hard but have patience with your long-term goals.

What’s something not many people know about you?
Played D-1 college baseball.

What’s the last book you read and/or favorite book?
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People is my favorite business book of all time. 

What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Country Music Singer or Ophthalmologist.

What excites and/or inspires you?
My kids inspire me to be a better person every day. 

Who are your role models and why?
My dad was my role model.  He always taught me that hard work and integrity would take you far. 

What would you do with your winnings if you hit a huge jackpot in the lottery?
If I won a huge jackpot in the lottery, I would open a few breweries/eateries in the a similar setup as Rhinegeist in Cincinnati, I would make sure that I set up all my family and friends and I would start a series of charitable training gyms for aspiring athletes. 

Where would your dream vacation be?
A month in Barbados.
