Account Manager Minneapolis

This job requires you to work closely with all kinds of people, and being able to work in a high-pace environment. You need to coordinate the move of freight between truck drivers, customers, and other third-party companies. Most of your time is spent on the phone calling drivers, reaching out to customers and making sure that everything is running smoothly on both ends.

Here’s what you’ll do:  

  • Communicate Trident Transport’s service capabilities and competitive advantage to businesses with transportation needs 
  • Build, develop and foster a network of relationships through warm leads and brand outreach to create new opportunities and drive revenue for Trident Transport
  • Prospect, cold calling and outreach to target list of businesses 
  • Work with current Trident Transport customers to develop growth 
  • Use our vast network of carriers to connect your customers with the best carrier to get their freight moved quickly and safely
