Trident Transport held a grand opening, ribbon cutting ceremony yesterday for the new home of its Minnesota branch now located in the Eagle Lake Business Center III building in Maple Grove.

We live in a digital, fast-paced world where sending a message takes a couple of seconds. As convenient and necessary at times as it can be, we’re losing some value when it comes to the art of communication.

We work in an industry that’s all about the game, the grind, the hustle. It can sometimes look like that “dog eat dog” world. The nature of logistics is competitive, so our employees are going to have that competitive spirit hardwired in them.

We never say we’re the cheapest. We don’t want to be, and we’re not going to tell our present and future customers something that isn’t true.

Even when you work for the greatest company in the world, you’re going to have hard days at work. Something will happen to make your day stressful (whether work related or not) and it could be hard to focus and remain positive at the office.
